I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious like a suite, with a separate sitting area and TV which was perfect as I was there for a funeral. However, the location was not the nicest and wasn't great for restaurants. On the upside, the service was wonderful, especially as Platinum members we were upgraded to a suite. The dining was amazing with a huge variety of breakfast items but we wished for more options in the lobby instead of behind the counter.

The location was superb for the Lincoln historic sites we wanted to see and close to eating establishments, although not the nicest area. Close to competitive gas stations, fast food joints, and a great seafood restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a king-size bed and all the amenities needed for a comfortable experience. The location was superb, close to the Lincoln historic sites we wanted to visit and a short distance from my speaking engagement. The dining options were really good, offering more selections than usual, but a slight hiccup with the eggs. Overall, a great value for money choice with friendly staff and convenience.

The rooms were actually two separate rooms, one with 3 queen beds and the other with a couch, desk, microwave, refrigerator, and a table. They had everything we needed to feel comfortable, but a new couch would be a nice addition.

The service was welcoming and efficient. As Platinum members at Best Western, we were upgraded to a suite. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
